Terms & Conditions:

Entry:

• For businesses that are already trading, trading may not have commenced more than 24 months before date of entry into the competition.

• For an application to be valid, all fields in the application form must be completed.

• This competition is open to applicants whose business is either currently based, or will be based, in Galway City and County or Limerick City and County only.

• The prize fund of €120,000 will be split equally between the winning Galway and Limerick businesses, with the prize fund being allocated as per the sponsors contributions for each region.

• The prize funds will be awarded at current rate card values

• It is at the sole discretion of the judges to decide on who is to be short-listed.

• The judges reserve the right to eliminate any entrant to the competition at any stage if initial terms and conditions are deemed to have been breached.

• Entry shall be deemed acceptance of the competition terms and conditions.

• Only one entry will be accepted per person/business.

• It is the responsibility of the entrant to include all relevant information in their application as no additional information can be considered at a later date.

• Applicants must be available for interview during week commencing November 2nd

• The interview committee will make reasonable attempts to contact successful applicants to determine their availability for interview, but can not be held at fault if such attempts are unsuccessful.

• The closing date for entries is Tuesday 27th October 2009.

• All elements of the prize must be utilized within the 12 month period before the end of Dec 2010.
