A bit of everything really , owning a company in these challenging times requires commitment and drive. As I write this its just gone 10 past 12 (at night) , so work really does not stop. Overall you could say I am responsible for analysing where we are , seeing where we want to go and deciding how best to get there.
Most days here give me a buzz, everything from winning a new client to seeing an existing client benefit from some of the strategies we set down for them are very satisfying indeed.
There are many, but the creation of the annual Impact Media elevate award is something I am very proud of having recognised that not nearly enough was being done for indigenous start up enterprises. Since its inception in 2006 three companies in Galway have benefited from over 120,000 euro worth of advertising and marketing support. To see the difference this has made to their businesses is something you cant put a price on.

The Supermac's Viking advert we did a few years ago.
I always felt a dogs life was under rated. I mean if the most you have to worry about in a recession is that your tinned food of choice is now coming from an unnamed German retailer as opposed to the shop around the corner, then it cant be all bad! In light of this I'd come back as a German Shepperd, so that I'm at least used to the food.
What the hell our government has been doing for the last 10 years.
